The Szekler Museum of Ciuc and the City Hall of Miercurea Ciuc will host the second edition of Transylvanian Design Week from March 20 to April 20, 2025, in Miercurea Ciuc.

The first exhibition of TDW, organized in 2023, aimed to bring together designers working in Transylvania. They sought to answer the question: What is Transylvanian design? Is this design scene sustainable? The TDW invited questions and answers that could spark debates involving both the general public and experts through the medium of design.
The central event of TDW 2025 will be an exhibition at the Székely Museum of Csík, focusing on the theme of the "New Middle Ages," showcasing the best entries from this year's competition.
The curator of the event is Gyárfás Oláh, a sculptor and fashion designer.
